JH For Homeless Veterans

Joseph House's mission is to meet the needs of the homeless veterans of our community. Services are available to men and women. We primarily provide safe abstinence based supportive housing. Joseph House provides outreach to homeless veterans through its "Landing Zone" at 1526 Republic Street, and through collaboration with other agencies in the local HUD Continuum of Care. The Joseph House campus has the capacity to provide housing for up to 121 veterans.

Christmas Mailing

It's hard to believe that we have to finish our Christmas mailing and have it out the door by the end of Oct. A lot of the posts don't have December meeting so we have to get the mailing to them before their November meetings for discussion. We are sending out app 2,300 pieces. Each mailing will contain a Christmas card and an annual report. The format this year is different and very creative. Nicely done by our volunteer Gert.
